• The item is in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
• The exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

• Select a Replacement: You can choose a replacement of equal or greater value (the difference in price will be charged if the replacement is more expensive).
• Arrange for Return: We will arrange for the return of your original item and the delivery of the replacement. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a swift exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom-made or personalized furniture
• Mattresses or bedding that have been used or unsealed
• Items marked as final sale
