1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in our products, please contact us for further assistance or updates on future availability.

2. Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery depends on the size of the item(s) ordered and your delivery location. The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • In-Stock Items: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These items may take longer, usually between 4-6 weeks, depending on the product specifications and manufacturing process. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in shipping. We will keep you informed of your order's progress and notify you of any delays.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a notification email that includes your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Our delivery team will bring the items to your doorstep. For larger or heavier items, we recommend ensuring there is someone available to help bring the items inside, as our standard delivery service does not include assembly or moving items to specific rooms.

5. Delivery Exceptions

If you live in a remote or hard-to-reach area, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you in advance to make necessary arrangements.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with details of how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your item. If a delivery is missed and has to be rescheduled multiple times, additional fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the delivery team or our customer service.

8. Changes to Your Delivery

If you need to update your delivery address or make any changes to your order after placing it, please contact us within 24 hours at luxurydreamzfurniture@gmail.com or call 07967757588. Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

9. Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases, delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, shipping disruptions, or customs delays (for orders to remote locations). We will inform you as soon as possible if any such delays occur and work to get your items to you as soon as possible.
